Delivery

Delivery is dependent on your order. All original artworks may ship within 1-6 weeks dependent on art size. Large framed pieces will need to be crated which may add a couple of weeks to the delivery timeframe. If you’re looking to have something delivered within a specific timeframe please contact us at contact@alyssakingcreative.com

Prints will ship within 1 week. Merchandise shipment timing is determined based on order and can be found at check out.

Gift Cards

You may not return or cancel your Alyssa King Creative Gift Card after it has been received. Purchasers who wish to cancel a Gift Card purchase order prior to its delivery to a recipient should contact Customer Support in appropriate time frame.

Gift cards are activated immediately once the recipient has received the code, they do not expire and are one time use only.

You may not use a Gift Card to purchase other Gift Cards.  Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law. Void if reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash. Gift Cards that have not been used yet may not be transferred.

• Not Refundable with no expiry date

• Lost Cards Will Not Be Replaced

• Gift cards can only go towards 50% of the total cost of a commissioned artwork

Reasons for failed delivery of online gift cards

Virtual Gift Cards are delivered via email. If you have confirmed the recipient's email address but the Online Gift Card has not been viewed within a reasonable period after the requested delivery date, the following is a list of the most common reasons why delivery may have failed:

• Spam filter blocked email or routed it to a bulk/spam folder

• The recipient's firewall blocked the email

• Email inbox is over size limit

• Invalid email address

Deposits & Returns

All original artworks, prints, commissions & paper works are final sale. *Substitutions will be made if products are damaged during delivery. Gift cards are non-refundable. Please contact us if you have any concerns at contact@alyssakingcreative.com
